Brooke is a 2nd generation Colorado Native and is an expert on neighborhoods throughout the Denver metro. She is a Colorado licensed broker and a member of the Denver Metro Realtor Association and National Association of Realtors. She has earned numerous awards over the years including Five Star Realtor (multiple years in a row), SMDRA Diamond Circle Award for sales volume (multiple years in a row), and Equity Power Professional 10 years in a row. Brooke is an investor herself in short and long term rentals so understands the business model and complexity of real estate investments to assist her clients in building wealth through real estate investment properties. Prior to her real estate career, Brooke had a successful corporate finance career at a Fortune 500 company as well as earned her degree in finance from Colorado State University. She is a strong negotiator, well versed on the financial aspect of buying and selling and exceeds client expectations with her focus on customer service.
